Most customers run one payroll in parallel first. Compare results and decide. No pressure, no lock-in.

Do you lock me into a contract?

How do extra employees work?

The first 5 or 20 employees (depending on your plan) are included at no extra cost. Employees beyond this are billed at £1 per employee per month.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Annual plans are billed upfront and save the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly.

Can I import data from my current payroll system?

Yes. WageFlow supports CSV imports for employee data. We provide templates and guidance to make the transition smooth.

What if I make a mistake after approval?

You can amend or delete approved payroll runs before final submission. Once submitted to HMRC, you will need to process corrections in the next payroll run.

Do you integrate with accounting software?

We provide export files compatible with most major accounting packages. Direct integrations are on our roadmap.

What happens if HMRC rules change?

We monitor HMRC updates and implement rule changes before they take effect. You receive notifications of any changes that affect your payroll.
